Five single-family residences at N Anza Street and their associated outbuildings were evaluated at the project site. These homes were potentially historically significant because of their age.
PanGIS architectural historian authored the report on an evaluation of the built environment resources at five addresses on N Anza Street in the Bostonia neighborhood of El Cajon, San Diego County, CA, for eligibility for the California Register of Historical Resources (CRHR), San Diego County Local Register of Historic Resources (Local Register), and the County of San Diego Resource Protection Ordinance (RPO). The report was prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and follows the County of San Diego Guidelines for determining significance, report format, and content guidelines. The results of the evaluation assisted the County in determining the direct construction impacts to these resources.
